As a Designer (Civil), you will:
* Prepare detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD, 12d and Civil 3D for roads, bridges and drainage systems
* Analyse survey reports, site photos and geological data to assist in project planning
* Work closely with internal teams and clients to bring design concepts to life
* Ensure compliance with relevant design standards, regulations and best practices
* Maintain project documentation, including design reports, specifications and cost estimates
As a Senior Designer (Civil), you will:
* Lead the development of detailed civil designs and CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy from concept to final RPEQ sign-off
* Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadline and budget requirements
* Provide mentorship, review designs and share your technical knowledge
* Engage with clients to present design concepts, address concerns and incorporate feedback
* Conduct quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance
* Stay updated on industry trends, standards and best practices

Your Experience & Qualifications
Designer (Civil)
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in civil design or a related field
* Associate Degree of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent)
Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience with GIS software and data
* Proficiency in design software, including CAD, 12d Model and Civil 3D
* Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)
Senior Designer (Civil)
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil design or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience using 12d Model software
* Associate Degree of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent)
Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience with GIS software and dataAdvanced knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d model and other CAD/ design related software
* Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)
