About Cor

Ever wish you could just talk to software like it's a person?

At Cor, we're building AI voice agents that feel less like software and more like a trusted expert who's got your back.

Our first product, Obi, is already live, helping B2B software companies onboard and educate customers in a way dashboards never could. And this is just the start - our vision is to create a platform where AI professional services reshape what it even means to be a software business.

We're early, fast, and ready to make noise. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for a content creator who loves making stuff on the internet - someone who lives on social, understands what works on different platforms, and can turn ideas into posts, videos, or memes people actually want to share.

You don't need years of commercial experience - in fact, this could be your first role out of uni. We care way more about your portfolio: side projects, your own channels, videos you've made, or anything else that shows your creativity.

This isn't another "social media coordinator" job where you're stuck scheduling posts. You'll be turning a product that looks nothing like typical software into something memorable. Think the storytelling of Morning Brew, the design boldness of Arc Browser, and the irreverence of Liquid Death - but for B2B.

What You'll Do

* Build a B2B brand with real personality (no SaaS snoozefest vibes).
* Create video-first content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X (TikTok a bonus).
* Turn product updates and startup stories into scroll-stopping content.
* Experiment, test, and push boundaries - with AI tools to move faster.
* Own your creative vision - no endless approval chains.

What You Won't Get

* A flashy title that doesn't mean anything.
* Committees that kill good ideas.
* "Corporate speak" that makes you want to delete LinkedIn.
* A brand guide written by someone who just discovered Canva.

What You Will Get

* Creative freedom to make things in your style.
* Real impact from day one - people will see and engage with your work.
* A seat at the table as we build a new category of software.
* Room to grow - this role will expand as Cor scales.
* Hybrid working from Linktree's Collingwood hub, surrounded by other startups.

What We're Looking For

* A portfolio of content you've created (personal projects, side channels, freelance, or brand work).
* Comfort making short-form video content (you should be behind and ideally in front of the camera sometimes).
* A feel for storytelling, humour, and how to make technical ideas accessible.
* A natural "builder" - you like figuring things out, not waiting for instructions.
* Raw creativity and personality > formal qualifications.

How To Apply

Apply with your CV and a link to your portfolio (personal channels are a plus).

Please note: the portfolio is mandatory - we want to see what you've actually made, not just where you've studied or worked.
