Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to prospective students and influencers via phone, email, and messaging
* Qualify and prioritise leads based on engagement and likelihood to enrol
* Schedule meetings and support prospects through the enrolment process
* Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with marketing to optimise lead engagement
* Develop knowledge of courses to provide clear and helpful guidance
* Apply feedback to continuously improve performance and meet targets
Skills & Experience
* Experience in sales (customer service experience considered)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* CRM proficiency and familiarity with lead management
