About This Role
This is a highly consultative position where you will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions that meet agreed learning and business outcomes.
You will work closely with the Learning Solutions Design Manager, Capability Business Partners, Go-To-Market managers, and operational change analysts across multiple sales channels, specialists across the broader capability team, and the wider People Experience team.
* Collaborate with the Capability Team to design and develop learning solutions that meet agreed learning and business outcomes.
* Consult with identified stakeholders to analyse, develop, and deliver all skills development requirements.
* Identify Product, Process, System, Compliance skills/knowledge gaps.
* Evaluate deployment outcomes and coordinate any additional support requirements.
* Develop a roadmap and milestones to ensure capability and learning initiatives are deployed on time and within budget.
* Maintain and enhance all learning solutions and strategies.
* Ensure all capability and learning material is designed in line with Learning Solutions Design team standards and brand voice guidelines.
* Utilise adult learning and instructional design principles to develop all online learning and face-to-face materials.
* Continually manage risk through stakeholder and legal sign-off processes.
* Ddeliver innovative and highly engaging development programs.
* Manage the successful deployment of learning solutions, including the preparation of supporting systems/platforms, and effective communication to audience groups and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in online design and/or facilitation, as well as knowledge of e-learning authoring software and LMS systems and frameworks.
You will also need to be able to build solid working relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. Tertiary qualified in adult education is desirable but not essential.
