Support Worker Role
This role involves working with individuals who require assistance with daily activities and promoting independence and dignity in community settings.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a team that provides person-centered care, focusing on the individual needs of each client. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Supporting social engagement activities to promote interaction and connection with others
* Maintaining accurate records of client progress and care plans
The successful candidate will have experience supporting clients with physical or intellectual disabilities, high-intensity behaviors, and complex medication management. They will also possess a valid Police Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and WWCC (Blue Card) or Disability Workers Screening (Yellow Card).
