About The Role
1. Manage assigned workload to deliver pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation within an interprofessional team, following clinical and departmental protocols, policies, and procedures, utilizing evidence-based practice and ethical standards, under supervision or guidance of senior staff.
2. Serve as a clinical reference point within the pharmacy and critical care team, responding to clinical demands.
3. Contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practices, policies, and protocols within the pharmacy department and critical care areas.
4. Participate actively in professional and interprofessional team meetings, including case conferences and departmental meetings.
5. Undertake high-level and non-routine duties, including providing clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams and pharmacy colleagues.
6. Liaise effectively with clients, carers, health professionals, students, and external agencies to ensure a client-centered approach, utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills as needed.
