Sous Chef, Cook and FoH – Wok and Wild
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our brand-new restaurant, Wok and Wild. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, loves bold flavors, and is ready to help lead a dynamic team.
What you'll do:
* Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute our Asian fusion & modern Australian menu.
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service.
* Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
* Assist with ordering, stock management, and kitchen organisation.
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook in a busy restaurant.
* Strong wok and grill experience (a must for our concept).
* Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
* Creative flair and passion for Asian fusion cuisine.
* Reliability, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.

We're also seeking enthusiastic Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you're hands-on, love working with fresh ingredients, and have solid wok or grill experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following recipes and kitchen procedures.
* Work across wok, grill, and prep sections as needed.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
* Support the team to ensure smooth service.
What we're looking for:
* Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant (Asian cuisine a big plus).
* Strong skills with wok or grill cooking.
* A team player with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Front of House – Wok and Wild

What you'll do:
* Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
* Take orders and serve food & drinks with attention to detail.
* Manage bookings, handle payments, and support smooth floor operations.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to deliver seamless service.
