About the role:
We're looking for multiple Security Technicians to join a respected and growing security systems provider in Western Australia. These full-time positions are based in Geraldton, offering a chance to work across a variety of high-profile projects in Government / Defence, Healthcare, Education & Justice / Custodial sectors throughout WA.
You'll be part of a tight-knit team of skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work while enjoying the lifestyle and stability of coastal living.
Salary:
Up to $100k base (dependant on experience) + super + car + travel allowances
6 months housing and relocation support provided
$10k relocation incentive for eligible Australian citizens, residents, and NZ citizens
Gain a Cert IV in Telecommunications Engineering Technology – fully funded
What you'll be doing:
* Install, service, and commission electronic security and access control systems including Gallagher, Inner Range, Integriti, and Tecom
* Configure and maintain enterprise CCTV platforms such as Avigilon, Milestone, Geutebruck, Indigo Vision, Bosch, AXIS, and Pelco
* Undertake maintenance, fault finding, and system upgrades on a wide range of client sites
* Work alongside engineers and project teams to ensure quality installation and delivery standards
* Conduct testing, verification, and documentation in line with Australian Standards
* Travel across WA for project work, with additional allowances provided
* Maintain compliance with WA Police Security licensing requirements
What you'll need to be successful in the role:
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (required for secure site access)
* WA Security Licence (or equivalent)
* Open Cabling Licence with relevant endorsements
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in electronic security and access control systems
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in enterprise CCTV systems
* Experience with automatic doors, gates, or intercom systems (advantageous)
* Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
* Proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel for work
* Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
* Willingness to relocate to Geraldton (housing and relocation support provided)
