About UsEarth Carpentry & Property Maintenance is a growing multi-trade business working across residential, commercial, and housing projects throughout the Central West (Bathurst, Orange, Oberon and surrounds).We're looking to expand our team with reliable cleaners to support our maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects.The RoleWe're looking for cleaners experienced (or willing to learn) in: • Builders cleans (post works) • End-of-job / handover cleans • General property maintenance cleaning • Insurance / restoration cleans (water, damage, vacants) • Make safes & urgent clean-upsWork varies depending on jobs and sites — no two days are the same.What We're Looking For • Experience in cleaning (preferred but not essential) • Attention to detail (very important) • Reliable and able to work independently • White Card (or willing to obtain) • Driver's licence + own transportWhat We Offer • Consistent work across multiple sites • Variety of jobs (not just standard house cleaning) • Supportive team environment • Opportunity for ongoing workWork Type • Casual • Subcontract • Potential for ongoing regular work
