About the role
We are looking for a skilled Charge-Up Operator to join our underground mining team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently carry out all aspects of development charge-up operations.
We’re seeking an adaptable and results-oriented individual with a positive mindset, who thrives in an underground environment where safety matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations as we continue to evolve.
Roster: 7/7 or 14/14 roster, 12hr days – rotating days and nights
Location: Cobar Region, NSW
Travel options
* Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar. Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance
* DIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance
* FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Qualifications and experience
* A safety focus and behaviour that aligns with our Company’s Values
* Experience in an underground mining environment
* NSW Blaster’s User Explosives Licence (BUEL)
* Security Clearance (UHL)
* NSW Work Safely at Heights Certificate
* Current unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence
* Statement of Attainment in IKON (Electronic Detonator Initiation)
