Inventory Manager
About the Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring all inventory control procedures are followed, maintaining high levels of stock integrity at the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce daily key inventory reports and analyse them
* Conduct regular cycle counts
* Investigate discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames
* Perform regular stock adjustments
* Maintain excellent standards of recording and filing reports, stock adjustments, cycle count sheets, claims/resolutions, out of stock information
* E nsure stock receipting accuracy is maintained
* Process customer orders, enquiries and follow up on any issues
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications:
* Must have experience in Stock Control (stocktake, cycle counts, supplier relationships)
* Must have a valid High Risk Forklift Licence
* Strong analytical skills and superior attention to detail
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Superior time management skills with the ability to manage work schedules unsupervised
* Flexible and reliable with the capacity to work under pressure
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
