* Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 per hour + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Your role
At St Stephen's Hospital, we are Australia's first fully digital hospital, delivering advanced healthcare with a focus on making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and community. We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient medical, surgical and rehabilitation services. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care for.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying strong communication and customer service skills
* Apply sound clinical practice to ensure a safe environment and promote optimal patient health
* Effectively exchange information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care
* Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management
* Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care
* Achieve optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and effective communication
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within Pre Admissions and Theatres
* Full Australian Working Rights (sponsorship not available)
* Flexibility to work rotating roster, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices
* A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements
