Senior Portfolio Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Leader to lead a high-impact portfolio within Tasmania.
This critical role is our senior in-state representative, responsible for driving program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
The key accountabilities will include:
* Leading end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Operations and Maintenance and Capital Projects.
* Representing the business with senior stakeholders.
* Driving business development and growth opportunities.
* Overseeing governance, reporting, and performance across multiple projects and programs.
* Championing health, safety, environment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Leading and developing a high-performing team with a focus on succession and capability.
* Leveraging digital tools and data to enhance delivery.
* Engaging with regulators and industry bodies.

* Executive-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
