Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity
This is a challenging and rewarding postdoctoral research position in the field of Cliometrics and Quantitative Economic History. Our team aims to advance knowledge in this area through innovative methodologies and cutting-edge research.
The successful candidate will be working under the supervision of a leading researcher, undertaking independent and/or team research within their area of expertise. They will contribute to the development of research proposals and applications for competitive funding, establish a personal research portfolio, and collaborate with senior colleagues on research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake independent and/or team research in Cliometrics and Quantitative Economic History.
* Contribute to the development of research proposals and applications for competitive funding.
* Establish a personal research portfolio and develop independent research proposals.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues on research projects.
Requirements:
* A PhD in Economics or a related field.
* Significant experience in collection and digitization of original Archives.
* Proficiency in R, Python, Stata.
* Fluency in French and German.
* High-level communication skills and ability to network effectively.
