Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee a small team, support and back up the Business Development Manager, and ensure the smooth delivery of HVAC solutions to a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include managing key accounts, supporting new business development, and ensuring operational excellence across all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a small NSW-based team to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and general customers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
* Collaborate with and provide support to the current BDM for client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
* Drive solution-based sales aligned with Belimo's energy-efficient product offerings.
* Provide market insights and contribute to regional sales and operational strategy.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in HVAC, building automation, or mechanical services.
* Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.
* Proven leadership or team coordination experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
