Front of House Dining Room Supervisor
About the Role
In this key position, you will oversee daily dining hall operations for breakfast, crib, and dinner services. You will also supervise and support the front-of-house team on shift, ensuring immaculate presentation and cleanliness across all service areas.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate and professional Front of House Dining Room Supervisor to take charge of our dining hall operations at a remote Central Queensland village.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily dining hall operations for breakfast, crib, and dinner services
2. Supervise and support the front-of-house team on shift
3. Ensure immaculate presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
4. Capture daily photos of meal offerings to ensure quality and consistency
5. Identify and resolve issues prior to service commencement
6. Create a warm, professional, and customer-focused dining atmosphere
7. Use your creative flare to ensure internal marketing materials are presented to the highest standard
8. Work with the Chef to develop, set up, and tear down events to enhance the guest dining experience

Requirements
To be considered, you need:
* Previous experience in front-of-house, hospitality, or catering supervision
* Excellent communication and supervision skills
* A positive attitude towards working in a diverse environment
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures
* Creative flair to enhance marketing and event experiences
* A reliable own car or means of transport (to and from site)
* The ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical Assessment and Drug & Alcohol Screen
* A Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Certificate (highly regarded)
* A Valid National Police Clearance within the last 12 months
* Full working rights in Australia
