About the role
Due to opening the Gold Coast office, we are looking to attract Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants across temp and perm to join us as we embark on a period of growth in Queensland.
We are starting the office with one of our Senior Associate Directors who has been with the business for close to 15 years.
We aim to begin with 4-5 people but will be looking to grow to 15-20 over the first two years in business. This will be a mix of contract / temp and permanent recruitment.
We will be looking to recruit across multiple industries and verticals in the built environment (Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Resources / Mining, Architecture, Accounts & Finance / Business Support).
We aim to be a go‐to and trusted recruitment partner for a range of clients, particularly those involved in projects for the Brisbane Olympics in 2026.
ACRWORLD has a suite of recruitment services to benefit our clients, including RPO & MSP.
We are looking to attract Recruitment Consultants already on the Gold Coast, or looking to relocate from Brisbane, Sydney or any other major city in Australia, or additionally from overseas with relevant market experience and ability to be sponsored after a working holiday visa.
Skills and Experience
* Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment
* Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent and / or contract recruitment services
* Customer centric, long term relationship approach
* Growth / continuous improvement mindset
* High-performing individuals
* Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Industry knowledge somewhere within the built environment but could be Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Mining and Resources, Manufacturing, Accounts & Finance etc.
