Job Description
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the secretarial & business support department
- Enter and manage data accurately within internal systems
- Interpret and process information from technical drawings and specifications
- Work with CAD-based software (experience is beneficial but not required)
- Ensure precision in measurements, calculations, and order details
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Attention to detail - accuracy is essential in this role
- Tech-savvy - ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong numerical and spatial awareness - comfortable working with measurements
- Previous experience in data entry or administration
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Experience in an industrial sector preferred but not required
