Administration Professional Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced Administration professional to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform various administrative tasks, including sales processing, accounts payable, expenses, banking, and receipting
* Manage vendor and purchaser accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation and debt collection
* Monitor finance accounts to identify opportunities for improvement
* Support the development of business connections within the organization and externally
* Maintain safe work practices within the workplace
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an office Administration support role in a busy environment
* Prioritization of excellent computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and Outlook & Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* A proactive approach to work and practical organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly
* Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
