We are seeking a reliable and motivated Administration Officer to support day‑to‑day office operations within a busy and professional environment based in Rockhampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and provides a high level of customer service.
Your new role
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Front‑of‑house reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
General administration and office support across the team
Data entry, document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing
Assisting with compliance documentation and record keeping
Processing invoices and supporting basic accounts functions
Managing emails, phone enquiries, and correspondence
Assisting with procurement, ordering, and office supplies
Supporting internal staff with administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administration or office support role
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with accounts, invoicing, or data entry (advantageous)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and good organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach to work
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
