Your Role:
As the Educational Leader, you will champion excellence in early childhood education at our campus. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of shaping practice that not only meets but exceeds national standards—mentoring a team of dedicated educators and ensuring every child receives an enriching, high-quality learning experience.
What You'll Do:
* Lead with Purpose: Drive the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), embedding best practices across the service.
* Mentor & Empower: Support and guide educators in curriculum design, intentional teaching, and reflective practices that enhance learning outcomes.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development, review, and evolution of our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence.
* Facilitate Growth: Lead dynamic professional learning sessions and foster team discussions that spark pedagogical innovation and shared vision.
* Create Inspiring Environments: Ensure learning spaces are inclusive, engaging, and tailored to children's interests and developmental stages—where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated Educational Leader that is eager to learn. We also look for the following qualification, attributes and experience:
* Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQSand contemporary early childhood pedagogy
* Proven experience in an educational leader role
* Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting a team of educators
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative, proactive, and reflective approach to early childhood education
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or VIT, First aid training, Police check

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
