Job Description
* Prepare and manage financial reports, including budgets and forecasts.
* Assist the Chief Financial Officer with budget analysis and providing detailed commentary for stakeholders.
* Lead cash flow reporting and assist with the preparation of bank reconciliations.
* Oversee financial accounting activities and manage accounts payable and receivables.
* Ensure compliance with financial, taxation, and statutory requirements.
* Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including inventory management.
* Undertake special projects, contributing to the development and optimisation of documentation and process improvements.
* Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audits.
* Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation and review of management reports.
The Successful Applicant
* CPA-qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role.
* Strong technical accounting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to step in and take over responsibilities where necessary.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
