The key duties of the position include The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing APS 6 Program Manager, Communications & Digital Marketing role in the Communications and Marketing Section of the Engagement Branch. We are looking for a digital storyteller with solid experience in creating digital content (social media, website content, photography and video production), experience using social media monitoring platforms and analytic tools, and can develop and deliver communication strategies that support the key work of the Library in an informative and engaging way. We are looking for an experienced professional, to lead innovative communication and marketing strategies that connect Australians with the National Library's collections. To succeed in this role you will need: A tertiary qualification in a marketing, media or communications and/or relevant experience in a similar role in either the Government or private sector. Experience in creating social media and digital content as well as an understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) capabilities.
