Administration Assistant to Regional Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and support the admin team.
2. Act as a link between customers, service providers, the team, and the Regional Manager.
3. Handle general accounts administration duties.
4. Manage customer service duties, including bookings and communications.
5. Maintain customer relations.
6. Assist in month-end reporting preparation.
7. Perform general support functions, including researching solutions and problem solving.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a forward-thinking problem-solving attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle company data confidentially.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Mac is a plus but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks.
* Well-organized with the ability to maintain a tidy work environment.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Previous experience in accounts administration is preferred but not essential.
* This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm.
* The role is suited for an energetic, motivated, and confident individual eager to grow within the business. A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.
