About the Role
We are looking for an experienced cleaner or team leader ready to step into a supervisor position. You will lead a small team during afternoon operations and ensure trains are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and assist with cleaning and sanitising tasks
* Oversee restroom cleaning and high‐touch surface disinfection
* Monitor vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and overall presentation
* Coordinate occasional exterior cleaning
* Assign tasks, support staff, and train new team members
* Complete quality checks and ensure safety standards are met
* Report maintenance issues and manage cleaning supplies
* Assist with staffing and daily workflow

What You Need
* Experience as a Supervisor, Lead Hand, or Cleaner
* High attention to detail and strong work standards
* Recent National Police Check
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
* Valid driver licence + reliable transport
* Great communication skills and fluency in English
