About the Role
This challenging and rewarding role involves delivering assessments and counseling to individuals who are navigating a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances. You will conduct thorough assessments to help guide people towards their new career, working closely with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and counseling to individuals facing career transition challenges
- Conduct thorough assessments to guide people towards their new career
- Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (5th year - Master's Degree)
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
