We are seeking to appointtwo experienced Business Process Modellersimmediately, supported by a strong pipeline of transformation initiatives across Federal, ACT and NSW Government programs.

The Opportunity
You will work on high-impact transformation initiatives spanning enterprise modelling, processoptimisationand digital uplift programs within Government environments.
We are particularly interested in professionals with:
* End-to-end requirements elicitation and documentation experience
* Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Ability to align business processes with systems and integration landscapes
* Experience within Government or Defence environments (highly desirable)
Experience withHolocentric, ARIS,Signavio, Visio or similar enterprise modelling toolsis highly regarded.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT,Engineeringor related discipline
* CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), OCEB 2TM or similar certifications highly regarded
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights in Australia
* Current Defence security clearance (any level) is highly beneficial
* Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Defence security clearance ifrequired
While Serata aims to accommodate flexible working arrangements where possible, some client environments require on-site attendance. Candidates must be comfortable workingup to five days per week in the officewhere project or security requirements demand it.
