The roleAsHead of Corporate Finance, you'll be the key strategic and operational partner to the CFO — a trusted leader with influence that reaches across the business. You'll lead a highly capable finance team responsible for financial control, governance, and reporting, while also shaping the effectiveness of major business programs and transformation initiatives. Key responsibilitiesLead the group's financial accounting, control, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial effectiveness across strategic programs and business transformation initiatives. Strengthen governance frameworks and financial control systems to support scalability and performance. Oversee month-end and year-end consolidation, audit readiness, and statutory compliance. Collaborate with FP&A and business leaders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making. Develop and coach a high-potential finance team — building capability, accountability, and engagement. What you'll bringA strong technical foundation (CA/CPA) paired with commercial and strategic agility. Proven experience leading finance teams in complex, multi-brand or consumer environments. The ability to influence, engage, and communicate effectively with executives, peers, and operational leaders. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to improve systems, processes, and outcomes.
