Responsibilities
§
Implement field modifications according
to the modification instruction (including tests, if required)
§
Ensure use of valid/calibrated tools
§
Populate relevant modification follow-up
data base and report relevant information to Field Modification
Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site Manager
§
Ensure information flow within the field
modification team (e.g. shift handover)
§
Perform quality self-inspection
* Respect EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related
processes. Ensure risk assessment & safe-system -of-work is available.
§
Report any deviation or non-conformity
associated with the field modification
§
Ensure all necessary parts, tools &
documents are available prior to starting the field modification
§
Perform maintenance and repair
activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager
Your Profile
To be eligible for the role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Trade Qualified (Mechanical)
* Basic Electrical knowledge
* Minimum IT knowledge
* Internal EHS training
* Technical operational experience (Mechanical)
* Field Experience in rail maintenance
* Teamwork capacity
* EHS knowledge and exposure
* Rail Product knowledge
* Roster flexibility
* Full Australian Work Rights
