We are currently seeking a Part‐Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team.
Your Day to Day
* Deliver a warm and professional welcome, creating a memorable first impression for every guest.
* Manage check‐in and check‐out processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
* Handle guest enquiries, bookings and payments with accuracy and care.
* Recognise and engage IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to personalise their stay.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations across resort facilities and local experiences.
* Act as a trusted point of contact, confidently resolving guest enquiries and concerns.
* Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey.
What We Need From You
* Previous experience in a Front Office or guest service role within a hotel environment preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a warm, confident and professional approach.
* Excellent problem‐solving ability, with a focus on creating positive guest outcomes.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
