About the Role
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a Rural Product Sales Representative. This role involves providing expert advice, uncovering new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients in the Mid West's thriving agricultural community.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending products and services that strengthen their business growth
2. Proactively sourcing new business to achieve KPIs and targets
3. Supporting inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
4. Processing sales and performing sales quotes
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for agriculture, a can-do attitude, and a knack for customer service. You should also be comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about effecting real change for both clients and their community. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills, and be able to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
* A driver's license is required
* A forklift license is preferred, but not essential
