We work in partnership with South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). This partnership brings together NHS provision and voluntary sector expertise to offer flexible, responsive services aimed at achieving the best outcomes for service users and the community.
About the Team
The Open Access and Assessment (OAT) team provides advice, brief interventions, structured key working, assessments and a needle exchange service to people entering the treatment system.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver brief advice and interventions to individuals seeking help with substance misuse.
* Conduct structured key work and assessments for clients.
* Provide needle exchange services as part of the OAT team.
* Maintain accurate records and support the team's service delivery.
* Work within a rota, including late‐night and evening shifts up to 7.30pm.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in the substance misuse field.
* Relevant degree (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work) or Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Equivalence of L3 Tackling Substance Misuse or related qualification.
* For those without formal qualifications, we offer a comprehensive package of accredited qualifications and support for newly qualified Social Workers via the ASYE programme.
Other Requirements
The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
Working Hours
Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Office hours Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, with late‐night shifts up to 7:30pm on a rota basis.
