Area vice president of sales – data & application, security products

In this role, you will help organisations protect their most critical systems and infrastructure by making application and data security a strategic business priority. You will own the commercial strategy and drive the growth of Thales's Data & Application, Security Products portfolio across ANZ, working closely with regional leadership, marketing and product management to shape local sales strategy, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and build a strong pipeline for sustained success.

Required skills and experience

• A track record in enterprise IT sales, underpinned by experience selling Information Security solutions such as application security, encryption, data protection, or key management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within enterprise, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors, with strong relationships and credibility at the senior level.
• Experience building and leading high‐performing sales teams, setting ambitious targets, developing talent and fostering a culture of success.
• Skill in working with channel partners, energising collaborations, managing joint pipelines and delivering results together.
• Comfortable working in global environments, able to navigate resources and align diverse stakeholders behind regional goals.

Additional requirements

• A NV1 Defence security clearance is required; applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
