**About the role**:
Provide high-level administrative support to EGM Operations West as well as performing office management and administrative functions

**Duties**:

- Preparation, collation and distribution of documents
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Take notes or minutes in meetings when required.
- Create agendas, supportive documents & presentations required for meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Consult with stakeholders to determine objectives and requirements for events, such as meetings, conferences, and conventions.
- Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation, facilities, catering, signage, displays and printing.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Operations or other departments.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications/ trade certificate
- Experience in an Executive Assistant/Office Manager role
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail, with strong administrative, planning and organisation skills
