Due to growth, our client is on the lookout for Building Managers or Ex Property Managers to join their team and take on the management of their buildings.

**The Position**
In the role of a building manager your responsibilities will include.
- As the Building Manager you will be responsible for the everyday management of a residential site, while also being the main go-to support for tenants and owners.
- You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated administration team to keep things running.
- Advertising and leasing our modern, stylish apartments.
- Organising inspections and maintenance
- Facilities management and supervision of contractors to ensure a high standard of work and accountability
- Acting as the first point of contact for all tenants/owners, offering a quality service, and resolution of issues in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner.
**The Person**
- At least 2 years' experience in a Property/Building Manager role leasing residential apartments.
- You must hold a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence.
- You will need to have your own car and driver's license.
- A passion for real estate and leasing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
- A proactive work attitude and a strong customer service focus
