An exciting opportunity is available in Adelaide for a Legal Operations Assistant to join Shine Justice. In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-level support to the Head of Legal – WA, SA, NT. You will:
* Manage communications, coordinate meetings, and prepare polished reports and presentations to ensure the legal area runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Act as a trusted advisor behind the scenes —gathering insights, supporting informed decision-making, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
* Champion established legal practices while embracing innovation and emerging technologies (including AI) to streamline processes.
* Play a key role in implementing change initiatives that align with core case management processes and broader business priorities.
Your ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, manage competing demands, and think ahead will ensure the team remains agile, efficient, and future-ready.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in business and operations support, with a solid understanding of a professional services environment.
