About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two permanent part-time and one casual Registered Nurse to join our team at St Paul's in Hahndorf, working AM or PM shifts.

Deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeingConduct clinical assessments, develop and implement tailored care plansEnsure clinical documentation and care practices comply with quality and accreditation standardsSupervise and mentor care staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented cultureLiaise with allied health professionals, families, and residents to achieve best care outcomes

What we are looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 1 year experience in residential aged careStrong clinical and assessment skillsAbility to lead, prioritise, and make sound decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent National Police ClearanceProof of work rights in AustraliaMinimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccine (recommended)
