Take ownership of a major WA customer network across construction, mining, and government sectors. Build lasting partnerships and lead strategic account growth with the support of local teams.
Work closely with the Sales Manager – Markets while shaping your own success. Use your expertise in tenders, negotiations, and solution-selling in a role that offers both responsibility and flexibility, including ad hoc travel to key customer sites.
Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a broad customer base within construction, mining, government companies providing beneficial outcomes to these customers.
Establishing yourself as the senior point of contact, supported by local teams, for all customer matters with the goal of developing trusted relationships throughout the customer organisation.
Navigate your way through allocated customer organisations to increase awareness of Coates offerings and the solutions we offer.
Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth.
Identify new opportunities within existing customer portfolio as new projects and jobs commence plus connect to brand new customers when the opportunity presents.
Ad hoc statewide travel to tour customer sites and establish customer relationships within the portfolio.

What You'll Bring To The Role
Ideally have experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries.
Be a self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment.
Have proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Tendering and contract management experience.
Demonstrate the ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
Show an appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships.
