Tape Ark is a global technology company supporting customers across a wide range of industries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide reliable administrative and coordination support across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, following through on activities, and supporting sales and marketing teams with day-to-day execution.
About the role
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports sales and marketing activities by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining systems, and preparing content and materials. The role sits within Marketing and works closely with Sales and Partnerships.
A significant portion of the role focuses on sales administration, including follow-ups after sales calls, proposal preparation, CRM maintenance, and coordination of supporting materials.
Key responsibilities
Sales support & administration
* Schedule discovery and follow-up sales calls across global time zones
* Support sales calls where required, including note-taking and follow-up administration
* Prepare draft follow-up emails, proposals, and supporting materials
* Log actions and updates in HubSpot and track agreed next steps
Presales materials
* Populate approved proposal and case study templates with deal-specific information
* Maintain industry-specific sales and partner templates
* Assist with partner proposals and co-sell materials
Marketing coordination
* Prepare draft content and assets for review and approval
* Maintain event calendars and support event delivery
* Draft and schedule approved LinkedIn posts
* Update website content, including blogs, customer stories, landing pages, and event forms
Coordination & systems
* Maintain CRM accuracy to support sales and marketing activity
* Manage content and asset libraries
* Track content calendars and delivery timelines
* Support reporting and general coordination across teams
About you
* Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administration
* Strong written communication skills
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and tools such as Canva; experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools is also welcome
* Willingness to use AI tools for content and visual creation
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal, not essential)
* You're comfortable in a coordination-heavy role with a strong focus on sales administration and follow-through.
Experience in a B2B environment is helpful but not required.
