About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Associate Planning Manager to manage overall inventory, strategic planning, and procurement of finished goods.
* Manage inventory in your portfolio, including strategic planning and ABC classification
* Plan and execute procurement of finished goods
* Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders around supply and lead times
* Set optimal safety stock levels, minimum order quantity, lead time, and product launch
* Maintain relevant documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong experience in procurement, ideally within the medical industry
* Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
* Knowledge of Lean concepts, desirable if you possess Lean Certification
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong technology skills across MS Office Suite, ERP systems and Quality Management System
* A proactive approach with a strong desire to establish a long-term career
