We're seeking a motivated Junior Estimating & Contracts Administration professional who has started their construction journey and is eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in the industry.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting with cost estimates, take‑offs, and tender submissions.
* Collecting and comparing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Supporting the Estimator/Director with budgets, contracts, and project handovers.
* Helping prepare and review subcontractor agreements and variations.
* Entering data into systems and maintaining project documentation.
* Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to keep projects on track.
