We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex electrical projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing client relationships, contracts, and projects for assigned clients, as well as engaging in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
">

* Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
">
* Prepare project schedules, project execution plans, and project quality plans to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to client requirements.
">
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
">
* Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
">
* Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
">
* Conduct and attend regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
">
* Maintain and report on Agreement KPIs, including organizing specific activities such as graduate programs and employee engagement workshops required by the Agreements.
">
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets, and collaborate with the sales/project/engineering teams to prepare proposals.
">
* Evaluate compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ), and promote zero harm and environmental sustainability in all projects.
">
* Train, coach, and mentor co-workers while maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* An Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications
">
* Proven experience in project / account management preferably for control system or electrical engineering projects
">
* Experience in Australian mining projects / operations
">
* Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles and design processes
">
* Attention to detail and proven experience in preparing professional client documentation, including the preparation of tenders and proposals
">
* A commercial focus with strong negotiation / communication skills and judgment with a good working knowledge of contracts and the tender process
">
* Proficiency in CRM software, Project Management / Enterprise software and Microsoft Office Suite
">
* Over 10 years of experience in a project manager role (desirable)
">
* Control systems and/or electrical design experience (desirable)
">
* Experience and knowledge of the WA iron industry with Tier 1 clients (desirable)
">
