BUSHkids is a not-for-profit organisation that has been at the heart of transforming lives of regional children across Queensland for 90 years. Our highly dedicated teams and volunteers are all driven by a shared vision that all children should have access to free allied health, early intervention, family and parenting support services regardless of where they live.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Dalby team located 1 hour from Toowoomba under our Children's Allied Health Service. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver family-centred therapeutic support to children across a variety of settings aligned to our BUSHkids model of care. This will include delivery of face-to-face sessions at our centre, in the community (including early childhood centres) and through our telepractice service.
You will work closely with families to establish and achieve therapy goals and collaborate with key stakeholders, including community partners, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach. This is a deeply rewarding role where your contributions will make a meaningful and lasting impact on children and families living regionally. If you are an Early Careers Clinician we further support around 1:1 individual clinical and group supervision, peer buddy mentoring, professional competency learning, and discipline specific meetings.
If you are an experienced OT seeking a permanent part-time arrangement to scale down hours at your current employment in supporting the Dalby and regional community further we would love to hear from you
