Administrative Support Role
The administrative support role provides general assistance for administrators, office staff and faculty under the supervision of a principal or other supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Process student information efficiently
* Answer telephones, take messages and make telephone calls effectively
* Assist students and visitors in a professional manner
* Manage/monitor the teacher's workroom and copy center duties
* Supervise students in various settings as required
Requirements
* High School graduation or equivalent education and/or relevant experience
* Strong basic office/secretarial skills with excellent communication
