About Us
We provide therapy and support services for clients aged 16 and over across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private pay. Our approach is practical and person centred, focused on building real capacity, independence and confidence.

What You Will Be Doing
You will deliver therapy in homes, workplaces, community settings and occasionally via telehealth. Your role will include:
* ADL training and psychosocial support
* Functional capacity assessments and reports
* SIL, SDA and housing reports
* Assistive technology, equipment prescription and home modifications
* Supporting private and DVA clients with tailored plans
* Collaborating with families, employers, support workers and coordinators
You will manage your own caseload with autonomy, while always having access to peer connection and a supportive administration team.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a people focused Occupational Therapist who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering quality therapy. You take initiative, bring energy to your work and have a keen eye for detail.
Essential criteria
* Minimum two years of experience as an OT
* AHPRA registration, driver's licence and reliable transport
* Confidence in clinical reasoning, documentation and adult focused therapy
* Experience with NDIS, My Aged Care or DVA clients
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Alignment with our values of care, professionalism and integrity
Bonus but not essential
* Experience in shaping systems, resources or service development
* A second language or cultural competency that supports inclusive practice
* Experience in running group programs
