Maas DPC are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Dubbo NSW.
The Office Managers role is a broad role covering, operational, office & some commercial aspects of the business. The role is responsible for Office overhead budget management, the day to day responsibilities of the office.
Role Requirements
* Manage the day to day requirements of the office
* Assign plan printing to Office Assistant
* Assist in Project Start Up Documentation
* Review, Manage & approve timesheets
* Face of new resources, create & run through Onboarding process
* Learn & become proficient in Budget management software across all aspects
* Manage assets & fuel cards alongside asset manager
* Point of contact for plant & equipment requirements
* Onboarding procedures for new team members
* Management of Premier Jonas Budgeting Software
* Asset & Fuel Management
* IT equipment requests & upkeep
* Overhead Budget Management
* Account processing
* Create Purchase orders for overhead expenditure
* Manage Subscriptions, contracts & general maintenance of the office
* Resource Management
* Create and maintain Training Registers & arranging training as necessary
* Corporate Procedures & ISO adjustments
* Assist in accreditation audits as required
* Assist with Tender Lodgements as required
Key Requirements
* Experience Office Manager with minimum 2-3 years experience preferably with a similar industry
* Strong problem solving skills required
* Proficient in Microsoft office & use of excel sheets
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Competent Microsoft PC skills and aptitude
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Knowledge of business and management principles
* Current drivers licence
