Senior UX Designers – NV1/Baseline (Onsite) – Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane
We are seeking a UX Designer to lead user‐centred design and improve digital service experiences across complex products and platforms.
Engagement details
12-month contract commencing 1 July 2026.
Work arrangement
This role is expected to be full-time onsite in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane. Candidates should be comfortable with a predominantly onsite engagement.
What we are looking for
* 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Service Design or Human‐Centred Design roles
* Strong experience in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
* Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences and design artefacts
* Experience working with business stakeholders, product teams and developers in iterative delivery environments
* Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions and influence outcomes
Mandatory requirements
* Australian Citizen
* NV1 security clearance preferred; candidates holding an active Baseline clearance will also be considered
Highly regarded
* Experience designing enterprise or government digital services
* A portfolio demonstrating end‐to‐end UX outcomes
