Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Category, this pivotal role focuses on guiding product development across key categories. You’ll oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and performance analysis throughout the full product lifecycle. Initial product categories include BBQ & Heating, Protective Gloves, Landscape & Garden, and Home & Garage Storage, with further expansion planned. What’s great about this role: Supportive leadership and a positive, inclusive workplace culture Career growth with ongoing training and upskilling opportunities A dynamic, hands-on role with room for creativity and innovation Duties: Managing all products within the designated categories, including sourcing Identify market needs, successfully execute products from concept through to launch Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers Actively involved with product sourcing, working with manufacturers, suppliers and pricing negotiations Assess vendor capabilities and ensure ongoing capacity meets business needs Project planning, coordination and delivery, including timelines, budgets Act as the main point of reference for all product-related queries Skills and Experience: Demonstrable track record in product management combined with international sourcing, ideally within the FMCG/CPG industries A strong collaborator who can build effective relationships across cross-functional teams and international suppliers Experience in negotiating pricing and contract terms to maximise value while maintaining quality Ability to assess vendor capabilities and ensure ongoing capacity meets business requirements A mindset that continuously challenges, with innovation and creativity at the core Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
