The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Registrar or Registrar (Endoscopy Fellow - Pancreato-Biliary). The focus of our 13,000-strong team is on providing world‐class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
Responsibilities
* Participate in patient history taking, examination and diagnosis.
* Coordinate interventional endoscopy consultations and lists.
* Be actively involved in your field of interest.
* Perform in a supervisory role for junior doctors.
Qualifications
* Possession of Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
* AHPRA Registration.
* Endoscopy fellow must have completed 3 years of Gastroenterology training and be eligible for medical registration in Australia.
* Evidence of vaccination, or ability to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B.
* Tuberculosis screening to identify if tuberculosis vaccination may be required.
* Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
* Criminal History Screening will be required for current employees (cost covered by GCH).

Salary
Temporary full time (12 months, commencing in February 2027). Base salary ranging from $134,489 – $155,125 per annum for a Registrar or $170,214 – $187,569 per annum for a Senior Registrar.
