Job Title: Chpp Maintenance Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and close out work orders in a timely manner.
* Manage follow-on notifications to ensure seamless workflow.
* Analyze planned versus actual completion rates of work orders.
* Focus on regulatory compliance for work order closure.
* Collaborate with maintenance team leaders to drive project success.
* Verify time confirmations and report discrepancies.
* Develop and utilize reports to inform decision-making.
* Digitally store and link documents in the SAP system.
* Authorize tasks and oversee permit printing.
* Maintain accurate filing systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SAP or similar ERP software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Previous experience in maintenance administration roles is highly desirable.
